Zaqelimorun Toolset: Capabilities for Organised Information Work
A detailed account of the four primary functions that make up the Zaqelimorun service, and what each one does for the user.
The Zaqelimorun toolset is composed of four interconnected capabilities. Each one addresses a distinct stage in the process of working with organised information. They are designed to operate in sequence, though users may engage with any function individually depending on their needs.
Information Classification
The classification function receives incoming data and assigns it to one or more predefined categories. Categories are determined by the structure of the data and the organisational scheme configured for the service. Items that match a category clearly are filed automatically; items with ambiguous characteristics are queued for review.
Classification is not a judgement about the quality or importance of information. It is a structural assignment that allows the system to group similar items and present them coherently. The category labels used are defined by the service configuration and are not generated independently by the system.
Data Arrangement
Once classified, information is arranged according to a set of ordering rules. These rules determine how items within a category are sequenced — for example, by date, by relevance score, by user-defined priority, or by a combination of these factors. The arrangement layer ensures that the most pertinent items are surfaced at the appropriate position within the review interface.
Arrangement is distinct from classification. Classification places an item in a group; arrangement determines its position within that group and its relationship to other items. Users reviewing organised information are always viewing data that has passed through both stages.
Structured Review Interface
The review interface is the part of the system that users interact with directly. It presents classified and arranged data in a format designed for straightforward examination. The interface is divided into sections corresponding to the categories established during classification, with each section displaying its arranged items in the configured order.
Navigation within the review interface uses consistent labelling and a predictable layout. Users can move between categories, inspect individual items in more detail, and note items for follow-up within their session. The interface does not provide data-editing capabilities; it is a read-and-review environment.
Enquiry and Access Processing
The enquiry function provides a channel through which users can submit requests to the support team. Enquiries may relate to access requests, questions about the service, reports of unexpected behaviour in the review interface, or requests for assistance with classification configuration.
Submitted enquiries are reviewed by the support team, who may ask clarifying questions before responding. The support team does not guarantee a particular response time, and enquiries are addressed in the order in which they are received, subject to complexity. Access to the full review interface is considered separately for each enquiry.
How the four functions relate
Each function operates on the output of the previous one. The diagram below illustrates the relationship between classification, arrangement, review, and enquiry within the Zaqelimorun service.

How the access process works
Users who wish to engage with the Zaqelimorun review interface typically follow a three-step process. Understanding this process helps set accurate expectations before an enquiry is submitted.
-
Submit an Enquiry
Use the enquiry form to describe your needs, including the type of information you wish to organise or review and the nature of your request. The more clearly you describe your situation, the more efficiently the support team can respond.
-
Review and Clarification
The support team reviews the enquiry and may follow up with one or more clarifying questions. This stage ensures that the service can be configured appropriately for your information type and organisational needs before access is considered.
-
Access Consideration
Based on the enquiry details and any clarifications, the support team considers the access request. This process takes into account current service availability and the suitability of the platform for the described use case. Users are notified of the outcome via the email address provided in the enquiry.
Access is reviewed individually for each enquiry. The Zaqelimorun support team does not guarantee that access will be provided in every case, and the outcome of a review is communicated directly to the enquiring user.
